Great course. Even family physicians like myself who have worked urgent cares would benefit. Boriana has a knack for teaching and excuse the pun not BORing. She was super. Nice facility, friendly staff, close to freeway. A first class organization. Wishing all continued success Ron

The instructor was phenomenal! Manny was incredibly knowledgeable, proficient in ACLS & PALS, and despite his professionalism he wasn't intimidating. I dreaded getting these certifications and accidentally came across NEO on a web search, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you for providing such a professional and nurturing environment for a new grad!

I had the BEST experience. I took PALS and NRP back in NOV and I'd been out of work for a bit. All the instructors were awesome - I had to reschedule like fifty times (not quite) b/c of illness. They were so good to me. I have told all my NICU friends how great they are and how they shouldn't go anyplace else for their certs. Very professional - very nurturing! Wonderful service!!

I had the best experience taking my CPR and PALS classes. The teachers are great and make it enjoyable to learn. I have never taken my tests anywhere else and I won't. I highly reccommend coming here for all your test needs. Thank you NEO nurses
