Choose 1 of the Following AHA PALS Certification Courses
Pediatric Advanced Life Support is a required certification for those who participate in the management of respiratory or cardiac arrest. Above all, PALS endows healthcare providers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage seriously ill pediatric patients. Indeed, AHA PALS is an extensive course that includes how to carry out a systematic approach; how to effectively conduct a primary and secondary assessment; and how to manage cardiac arrhythmias, as well as how to manage respiratory and circulatory emergencies; and finally, how to effectively respond to cardiac arrest. However, NEO will facilitate all this information using our effective method for teaching and pre-study guide. In addition, students will practice basic to advanced airway management and basic life support. To prepare students to be both a leader and a team member in a pediatric resuscitation team, team dynamics will be discussed.
NEO’s goal is to improve the quality of care delivered to pediatric patients by empowering healthcare providers with education. For this reason, NEO instructors utilize a combination of visuals, didactic teaching, and hands-on practice in order to enhance learning. Additionally, to reinforce difficult concepts, instructors present numerous pediatric case studies that involve real pediatric patients. We work hard so that our students become adept in serving as leaders and team members in pediatric resuscitation teams. Lastly, we understand that our students lead very productive and busy lives, therefore, we present AHA PALS in a methodical manner for time efficiency. NEO will take the fear out of PALS.
